Shipping Policy
Yoke ships from Melbourne, Australia.
Processing times
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During launches, limited drops, or busy periods, processing may take a little longer — we’ll always keep you updated.
Shipping within Australia
We offer:
Standard shipping: 2–6 business days
Express shipping: 1–3 business days
Delivery timeframes are estimates and can vary based on your location and carrier conditions.
International shipping
We ship internationally to selected destinations. International delivery times vary by country and will be shown at checkout where available.
Tracking
Tracking is provided for most orders. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Duties & taxes (international)
International orders may be subject to local duties, taxes, or import fees. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total unless stated at checkout.
Address changes
Please email us as soon as possible at {contact@yoke.design if you need to update your address. Once an order is dispatched, changes may not be possible.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your parcel is delayed or appears lost, contact us at contact@yoke.desig and we’ll assist you in lodging an enquiry with the carrier.
Returns
Returns & Exchanges
We want every Yoke piece to feel right — if something isn’t working, we’ll help.
Change-of-mind returns
We accept change-of-mind returns within 14 days of delivery, provided that:
Items are unworn, unused, and unwashed
All tags, packaging, and included components (including hardware) are returned
The item is returned in original condition
Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the customer’s responsibility.
Exchanges
If you’d like a different size or colour, email us at {contact@yoke.design}. Exchanges are subject to availability — limited runs can sell out quickly.
Final sale items
Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for change-of-mind returns or exchanges, unless required by law.
Faulty or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as ordered, contact us within {7 days} of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll organise a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
